**Intro Paragraph**:
We are looking for Investment Controller to monitor, analyze and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and adjust them to align with the desired financial goals and objectives.

**Your Job**:

- Management of interfaces to local controlling teams in subsidiaries and in Headquarter
- Handling of operational entity controlling
- Integrating local controlling results in corporate controlling environment
- Preparing regular reporting packages to internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in the annual budget and the quarterly forecasting processes
- Performing financial analyses of the monthly or quarterly financial statements
- Preparing and deliver ad-hoc analyses to the top management
- Optimize the company’s financial and liquidity situation in close collaboration with liquidity controllers
- Supporting inter company transactions, corporations and SLAs as well as transfer pricing topics
- being a sparring partner to the Director Controlling and Head of Investment Controlling in regards to P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow related matters
- Working in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, setting up structures and creating sustainable reporting as well as financial analyses
- Challenging the status quo and have the freedom to improve financial processes directly in collaboration with the CFO, Director Controlling and Head of Investment Controlling
- Acting as change agent in a fast pace growing business activity and organization.
- Participating in implementation projects of new software
- supporting Group Accounting as well as other global teams in all controlling related matters

**Your profile**:

- Bachelors / Master degree in Business Management (specialized in one of controlling, accounting or finance)
- 5+ years of professional experience as group or corporate controller in an international environment
- Good LucaNet & Navision Dynamics knowledge, first experience in BI tools, and extensive Excel know-how
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Solutions-oriented and positive mind-set, self-initiative
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication skills and persuasive power
- Business fluency in English required, German and other languages would be advantageous
