We are looking for Investment Controller to monitor, analyse and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and adjust them to align with the desired financial goals and objectives on the Business Unit level.

Your tasks include
- Being a main interface between HQ Controlling and local Business Units
- Monitoring and controlling Devex & Opex within Business Units/Countries
- Integrating Business Unit results in corporate controlling environment
- Participating in the annual budget and the quarterly forecasting processes
- Preparing regular reporting packages to internal and external stakeholders
- Performing financial analyses of the monthly or quarterly financial statements
- Preparing and deliver ad-hoc analyses to the top management
- Optimize the company’s financial and liquidity situation in close collaboration with liquidity controllers
- Being a internal sparring partner in regards to Business Unit P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow related matters
- Working in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, setting up structures and creating sustainable reporting as well as financial analyses
- Challenging the status quo and have the freedom to improve financial processes directly in collaboration with the CFO and Head of Investment Controlling
- Acting as change agent in a fast pace growing business activity and organization
- Participating in implementation projects of new software
- supporting Group Accounting as well as other global teams in all controlling related matters

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors / Master degree in Business Management (specialized in one of controlling, accounting or finance)
- 8+ years of professional experience as group or corporate controller in an international environment, in blue chip companies would be advantageous
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Solutions-oriented and positive mind-set, self-initiative
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication skills and persuasive power
- Business fluency in English required, German and other languages would be advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills is as a must have
