**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
Like other companies, our sales team is responsible for selecting and securing the right partners to get as many customers as possible on board with our mission. Sales teams within Shell Recharge Solutions are enthusiastic, unique, and passionately driven to bring our company to commercial heights. Giving the best advice and guaranteeing high-quality relationships is number 1 for our sales teams.
We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our Germany sales team in Berlin. You will work from both the office and at home with a comfortable division between the two. In this role you give our customers advice about our products and services. You work very closely with your team to ensure a fast and accurate sales process. You are proactive in a dynamic environment to achieve the team goals.
**THIS IS HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE**
- Create and send quotes through Salesforce
- Handle customer requests via mail and phone
- Follow up on leads daily
- Work closely with other departments within Shell Recharge Solutions
- Monitor the entire process before the installation of a charging point
**THIS IS WHO YOU ARE**
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, able to help customers and ask the right questions where necessary
- A customer-friendly attitude and goal-oriented personality
- You enjoy working with others and you have a great team spirit
- You are eager to learn everything about our products and services
- ** You are fluent in German and English.**
