**The Opportunity**:

As an Operations Integration Desk Officer in Plans and Exercises (PLEX), you’ll leverage your specialized experience to advise government clients on plans and policy, supporting ongoing contingency operations and classified strategic and operational plans related to CI and HUMINT. You’ll identify, analyze, and evaluate complex policies, and processes, coordinate and manage joint exercise life-cycle planning events, and deliver exercise support focused on enhancing readiness—ensuring your clients have the insight they need to make informed decisions.
As a Plans and Exercises Operations Integration Desk Officer on our team, you’ll help your client understand classified, numbered Operational Plans (OPLANS) and policy relating to CI and HUMINT. You will provide support to ongoing contingency operations and numbered strategic and operational plans and advise on TASKORDS and OPLANs to help the client achieve strategic organizational optimization.

**You Have**:
- 10+ years of experience working with DoD components and agencies
- 5+ years of experience supporting work on plans and policies at a HQ staff or Combatant Command
- 5+ years of experience working on command level exercises, using JTIMS, JTT, and DRRS
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community missions, functions, and interrelationships
- Knowledge of Theater-level CI and HUMINT Operations
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with peers and senior leadership
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
**Nice If You Have**:
- Experience providing intelligence support to Plans and Exercises
- Experience using Intelligence Automated Systems
- Experience working with allied partners
- Experience working with DoD Components, MDCOs, and National Agencies
- Knowledge of DoD CI and HUMINT policy, directives, and doctrine
- Possession of strong critical thinking and analytical thinking skills
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills, including writing and briefing skills
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase II Certification
- Completion of an Advanced Planner School such as the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW), School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS), or Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
