Production Worker

**About the role**:
We are looking for a hands-on Production Worker (M/F/x) to join us on our mission to manufacture composite components that are not only high-performance but also truly sustainable. **What you will do**:

- Operate different stations of our robotic production line to manufacture composite components at our Hamburg facility.
- Follow and improve our manufacturing procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality output across customer projects.
- Perform visual checks and quality control tasks to make sure each part meets our standards.
- Support setup, calibration, and basic maintenance of production equipment as part of daily routines.
- Work closely with engineers and automation experts to ensure the line runs smoothly and reliably.
- Suggest improvements when you see ways to make production safer, faster, or more efficient.
- Use modern tools in a clean, high-tech workspace built for automation and scale.
- Handle our robotic and other automated systems to create next generation composite parts.

- You have experience or training in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on field.
