WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
Postdoctoral Position (M/F/div)
The position is to be filled upon agreement within the next six months and is initially limited for one year with the possibility of extension.
**YOUR TASKS**:

- Participation in experimental design and execution of experiments
- Protein engineering and design
- Genome editing in mouse embryonic stem cells
- Custom functional genomics (ChIP/SCAR/ChOR-seq) and their analysis
- Proximity proteomics
- R programming language

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
Applicants should have experience in all of the following areas:

- (Stem) cell culture including genome editing and differentiation assays
- NGS analysis (e.g. ChIP, RNA and/or ATAC-seq) using R, Command line
- Strong interest in protein engineering approaches (directed or random mutagenesis, structure prediction)
- Experience in screening approaches (Cas9, Transposon) is a plus
