**Your contribution**:

- You are going to **prepare** **corporate documents**, such as shareholder resolutions
- You are going to **support **in the **preparation of board meetings**:

- You are going to support in **organizing shareholder meetings**:

- You are going to **organize suppliers** for shareholder meetings

**What makes you stand out**:

- ** Enrolled **in **law **or similar classes at a **German university/college**:

- Interested in the** in-house legal work **with a corporate focus
- Excellent **organizational skills**:

- Ability to **work independently**, in a **well-structured manner**, and with a high attention to detail and also with the appropriate level of confidentiality
- Fluent German and English skills written and spoken
