Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Anleitung des Teams Batterie-Entwicklung
- Entwicklungsverantwortung für die Konzeptionierung, Entwicklung und Validierung der HV-Batterie sowie der elektrische / elektronische Systemintegration
- Sicherstellen der Zielvorgaben (Performance, Montagefähigkeit, FuSi, Homologation )
- Erteilung von Freigaben bis hin zur Serienfreigabe
- Kontrolle des Budgets in Absprache mit dem Bereichsleiter
- Unterstützung des Bereichsleiters in der Abwicklung der Projekte/ Projektorganisation, Termine & Status, Kapa-Pläne & Auslastung, Lieferanten-Sourcing, Freigaben, Industrialisierung, etc.
- Kommunikation der F&E Strategie und Ziele an Teammitarbeiter und Experten
- Reporting des Entwicklungsfortschritts an die technische Projektleitung
- Prozesssichere und lückenlose Dokumentation der Fachthemen und Reporting des Projektstands an den Bereichsleiter
- Anbahnung, Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Koordination von strategischen Partnerschaften
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Zulieferern hinsichtlich Herstellbarkeit, Auslegung und Optimierungen der Bauteile
- Enge Abstimmung mit allen internen und externen Projektpartnern (Konstruktionspool, Zulieferer, Einkauf, Qualität, Homologation, Produktion, etc.)
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung idealerweise in Elektrotechnik / Maschinenbau
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Automotive HV-Batterie-Systemen, vorzugsweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen CAD- und PLM-Systemen, idealerweise PTC Creo / Windchill
- Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations
- und Delegationskompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsstärke
- Entscheidungswille und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Eigenständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität und hohe Leistungsmotivation
- Organisationsverständnis und Bereichsübergreifendes unternehmerisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe analytische Kompetenz und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Souveränes, freundliches Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
