We are looking for a Motion Marketing Designer to join our Creative team in the heart of buzzing Berlin

We’re hiring an experienced mid-level motion designer to develop engaging and performing videos for all Babbel channels This role is based in our Berlin office and reports to the Head of Creative Video Production.

As a Motion Designer you will be part of the cross-functional Creative Video Production team that is responsible for concepting, developing and post-producing a variety of videos for all Babbel channels (social media, offline, SEM/Display, ASO). Your role focuses on cross-channel video production management and oversight of the day-to-day video operations. As part of the Performance Marketing department, you need to be interested in Marketing and how to make a video that drives engagement and sales.

**You will**:

- Collaborate on a wide range of paid social media videos (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok) for online ads with a sales focus
- Collaborate on a wide range of fun organic social media videos (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok) to keep the Babbel community engaged
- Create high-quality work that delights our customers, meets company objectives and reinforces our brand
- Independently work on medium to large-scale projects
- Present and defend your ideas, manage feedback and influence the direction of your projects by identifying and defining new opportunities
- Contribute to evolving our processes, tools and systems to ensure we stay efficient while keeping the work extraordinary
- Give and receive feedback to peers through design critique

**You have**:

- Minimum 3+ years of professional motion design experience
- Excellent design craft with an eye for detail and consistency
- Proficiency with the Adobe CC (After Effect, Illustrator, Photoshop ) and editing suite (Premiere Pro).
- Previous experience in working with social media channels
- Great communication and time management skills

**You are**:

- A performance-driven creative marketer, who is able to ideate and produce motion video content for social media
- Strategic thinker, able to see an idea through from concept to execution
- Proficient written and spoken English, other languages are a plus

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in working in Agile environments is a plus
- Illustration skills are a big plus
- 3D motion design skills are a plus
- Sound design skills are a plus
- Experience with Figma is a big plus
