Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

International with Project Management Tasks

**Full-time, part-time possible**

**Your tasks**:

- Fist point of contact and Order Management for the FARCO Customers worldwide. As the first contact person, you are significantly involved in setting up and designing international collaboration with the customers and partners in the area of customer service for structure and processes.
- Project Management: leading, supporting and implementing international projects in the Customer Service department.
- Agreement of delivery dates for new product launches and shipping notification. Master Data maintenance of material and customer data in SAP and other data systems. Ensuring the ability to deliver and the coordination of the delivery dates with the planning, quality management and packaging department.
- Flexibility and willingness to visit customers and attend trade shows.
- Handling and optimization of operational processes and drive international developments.
- You will be involved in the ongoing design and optimization of international processes and take over responsibility for continuous process-optimization.
- In addition to the provision of data and reports, the derivation of target KPIs based on overarching strategies for the recognition of action fields is also part of your area of responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in business administration, economics or linguistics, ideally with a specialization in the field of service management/material management/supply chain management or a completed higher education with multiple years of working experience
- Excellent, fluent English, German skills desired, further language skills advantageous
- Very good communication and negotiation skills with a strong team orientation
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Reliable, structured and result-oriented way of working
- Ability to analyze markets in order to evaluate market potentials
- Strong project management; experience in working on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Independent way of working and ability to work an interdisciplinary setting
- Knowledge in SAP4Hana and MS Office
