**GLOBAL HR SPECIALIST REPORTING AND ANALYTICS (M/F/D)**:
Our team in **Essen** currently has an opening for a **Global HR Specialist Reporting and Analytics (M/F/d)**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support with conducting in depth analysis of Headcount movements and monitoring of cost saving initiatives
- Collaborate with Transformation Office to conduct regular reporting about Project HR KPI to the Board
- Collaborate with Regional HR to follow up on Staffing progress in line with Target Organization
- Monitor Target organization design and regional compliance with Target Organization
- Support with Ad Hoc Reporting Requests

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent Excel and Reporting Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good English and communication skills
- Precise working style
