**About the Job**:
We're looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and lead its Commercial strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you'll focus on streamlining the sales processes, ensuring a strong engagement of customers and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: A German hardware company focused on designing and manufacturing cutting-edge microchips. The transformative startup offers energy-efficient and high-performance components for multiple industries.

**In this role, you'll**:

- Drive growth and success through strategic leadership of sales, business development, and customer success teams
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts, including developing outreach strategies, pitching to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful implementation of products
- Monitor market trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed business decisions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define sales objectives and drive the team to achieve sales targets
- Build accountability through the development of appropriate metrics and coordinate compensation and promotions with these metrics
- Leverage a range of different approaches and tactics to generate and qualify new leads and penetrate prospective accounts
- Ensure a robust after-sales process that strengthens customer engagement and retention
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
- Foster a culture of excellence across the commercial team as a whole

**Your Profile**:

- 15+ years of experience in **semiconductor industry** is crucial
- **You have successfully established new technologies in the market**:

- Ability to identify and support closing the gap between product (development) and markets
- Strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role
- You have built, scaled, and led high-performing sales teams
- Vast experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
- High goal orientation
- Excellent motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker & problem solver with a hands-on mentality

Please note that we are looking for support in the **Aachen **office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
