**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage refrigerator development projects from conception to production, ensuring alignment with Midea’s strategic objectives and market requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and supply chain, to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans to guide the execution of refrigerator projects.
- Conduct market analysis and gather consumer insights to inform product development decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to address issues and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, resolve challenges, and foster collaboration among team members.
- Prepare and present project status reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the home appliance industry, with a focus on refrigerator development preferred.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept through to launch, and familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
