What will you do?
- **25%** Providing support at the front desk
- **25%** Onboarding new employees and supervising Crew Members
- **20%** Providing customer care
- **10%** Making orders for food, beverages and housekeeping supplies
- **20%** Administration (e.g. creating schedules, processing invoices)

**Vacancy**:
As **Front** **Office **Supervisor** at Hotel Co 51, you are responsible for ensuring that all activities related to the front office run smoothly. You mainly work at the front desk and you are in charge of all the reservations and the well-being of the guests in the hotel. You support your team with checking in and out guests, promoting and supporting the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty and managing the hotel room inventories, bills and payments according to the regulations.

In addition, you check whether the Crew Members, such as the Receptionist do their tasks on time and according to the guidelines as described in their checklists. You also provide customer care services, both in the hotel and online. Besides this, you order and check stocks for food, beverages and housekeeping supplies so that everything needed is present in the hotel. By doing this, you ensure that the hotel looks well maintained and the Crew Members are carrying out their work enjoyably.
