As part of the expansion of a new international client, we are looking for a Team Leader (all genders) SumUp 50% Sales, 50% Management to lead a small team and directly contribute to the commercial results in the French market, particularly in Île-de-France.

**Your Responsibilities**

Sales Development:

- Identify and convert new business opportunities (50% of the time).
- Upsell and close contracts with existing clients.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and results.

Team Supervision and Management:

- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Field Support Specialists.
- Assign tasks and organize team schedules.
- Conduct regular reviews to evaluate performance and propose corrective actions.

Reporting and Coordination:

- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and produce detailed reports.
- Ensure alignment with management and other departments for optimal coordination.

Key Skills:

- Strong sales expertise, including closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections.
- Solid management and leadership abilities.

Other Requirements:

- At least 3 years of sales experience, including team management.
- Proficiency in French and English (mandatory).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
