Das erwartet dich:
  • Du baust Content-Commerce-Partnerschaften mit externen Publishern als zusätzlichen Traffic- und Absatzkanal auf, pflegst sie und verhandelst Verträge, Konditionen sowie Content-Rahmenvereinbarungen.
  • Du integrierst unsere Shop-Produkte aktiv in Publisher-Content (über Produktlinks, Widgets oder Shoppable Content-Elemente) und koordinierst gleichzeitig die Abstimmung zwischen Publishern, Category Management und Lieferanten/Herstellern.
  • Du analysierst die Performance der Partnerschaften anhand von Traffic, Conversion-Rate und Umsatz, leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab und setzt Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung um.
  • Du trackst und reportest den ROI unserer Content-Commerce-Kooperationen, bewertest die Profitabilität einzelner Partnerschaften und leitest fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du beobachtest Markttrends im Content-Commerce, erkennst neue Chancen frühzeitig und identifizierst potenzielle Publisher für zukünftige Kooperationen.
Das wünschen wir uns von dir:
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Auf- und Ausbau neuer Geschäftsfelder sowie strategischer Partnerschaften im E-Commerce, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Content-Commerce, und erzielst damit nachweisbare Umsätze.
  • Du bist versiert in der Nutzung von Shopsystemen, digitalen Marketingformaten und Content-Commerce-Mechaniken und weißt, wie man diese kanalübergreifend zur Traffic-Steigerung einsetzt.
  • Du bringst tiefgehendes Know-how in Produktmanagement, Einkauf und Lieferantensteuerung mit und nutzt diese Erfahrung gezielt, um geschäftliche Erfolge und Partnerschaften voranzutreiben.
  • Du bist analytisch exzellent, interpretierst Kennzahlen souverän, erkennst Markttrends frühzeitig und leitest daraus wirksame Strategien ab.
  • Du verfügst über erstklassige Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten, führst interne Teams, Publisher und Lieferanten effizient und treibst Projekte eigenständig und proaktiv voran.
