If you share our passion for workplace and facilities management, tech, music, innovation, diversity, events and collaboration, we would love you to join our Berlin based team We are searching for a **Working Student **as a **Runner** for a **part-time (20 hours per week)** position. Due to the nature of this role, this position is **100% onsite**.

**What You'll Do**:

- You will support our Berlin office front desk operations (welcoming guests and employees, key/card management, etc.) and back office administration (Post management, Phone Management, Office Supplies, etc.);
- You will be helping with the occasional moves/ space changes for our teams;
- You will regularly check overall office space functionality, quality control of the workplace environment by proactively making several rotation rounds over the day to check workplace, reporting issues or defects to our Workplace Senior Facilities Specialist;
- You will support management and maintenance of our office spaces, office equipment, and technology making sure all are fully equipped and operational. This will include operations in our community kitchen and evaluating what missing items, (e.g. food, cutlery, dishes) are also needed for the kitchens on each floor;
- You will be receiving deliveries and allocating them to their place accordingly;
- In collaboration with our Events Manager, you will support the organization and logistics of internal company events.

**What You'll Need**:

- You are a registered student in a German University, currently residing in Berlin;
- You will have previous experience in hospitality or workplace management in a front desk or customer service-oriented position;
- Since you will be point of references for your colleagues on all office-related topics, you have great communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal;
- You feel comfortable with innovative/Agile thinking and thrive in a fast-paced high growth environment. This includes multitasking, prioritising tasks and demonstrating flexibility with changing business needs;
- Given your support in all aspects related to office logistics, you are able to safely lift up to 25 kilograms;
- You hold a type B Driving License;
- Fluent English required, any German knowledge will be considered a plus.
