Student Assistant, Customer Service Project Management

As a Student Assistant in Customer Service Project Management, you will have a key responsibility in supporting program and project managers with ongoing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of presentations and reporting materials, as well as contributing to various research and analysis activities. You may also support other business functions within Customer Service on specific projects or tasks.
Over time, this role offers notable opportunities to manage your own sub-projects.
**Key responsibilities**:
Support with project planning and implementation.
Follow up with stakeholders on deliverables.
Handle smaller sub-projects and ensure their effective delivery.
Conduct research & market analysis on relevant topics.
Perform comprehensive data analysis to extract actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Create presentations and reports for various target audiences.
Contribute to internal and external communication.
What you bring

Enrolled as a full-time student (Bachelor 3rd semester or higher, Master 1st semester) in a relevant field of study, such as Economics or Business. Valued specializations include luxury management or service management.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Danish or German proficiency is a helpful addition.
