Jako Clinical Research Associate będziesz pracować nad badaniami klinicznymi. Będziesz również osobą do kontaktu dla naszych ośrodków badawczych, a do Twoich zadań będzie należało wspieranie zarządzania projektem, aby pomyślnie ukończyć badania fazy I-IV w Polsce.
**Zakres zadań**:
- Monitorowanie badań klinicznych w Polsce
- Budowanie i kierowanie polskim zespołem CRA
- Samodzielne dokształcanie się w zakresie wiedzy medycznej z obszaru poszczególnych badań klinicznych
- Organizacja regularnych wizyt kontrolnych w obiektach badawczych
- Sporządzanie sprawozdań z wizyt
- Rekrutacja ośrodków badawczych i nadzór nad nimi
- Wspieranie zarządzania projektem w sensie przygotowywania, przedstawiania i przeprowadzania badań klinicznych w Polsce
- Tworzenie dokumentacji specyficznej dla danego kraju
- Współpraca ze specjalistycznymi działami zarządzania projektem, Medical Writing (pisanie treści o tematyce medycznej) i Regulatory Affairs (działem rejestracji produktów)
**Profil kandydata**:
- Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane medyczno-naukowe) lub ukończone wykształcenie w zawodzie medyczno-farmaceutycznym
- Co najmniej dwa lata doświadczenia zawodowego jako CRA przy badaniach klinicznych
- Zainteresowanie przejęciem zadań z obszaru zarządzania projektem i dalszym rozwojem w tym kierunku
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego w mowie i piśmie, znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie atutem
- Zaangażowanie w rozwój obszaru objętego monitoringiem w Polsce
- Bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (oprogramowanie Windows Office)
- Elastyczna i komunikatywna osobowość, lubiąca podróże i samodzielną pracę w zespole
