**What You’ll Do**-
- Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories- Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services- Competitor & Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies- Event & Exhibition Assistance: Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers- Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analyzing sales performance to improve strategies

**What We’re Looking For**- At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles- Preferably experienced in selling high-value consumer products- Experience with Hubspot preferred- Strong communication and negotiation skills- A proactive and customer-focused mindset- Good organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team- Native in Italian and fluent in English (C1)- Basic understanding of sales techniques

**The work location for this position is Fulda or Frankfurt am Main depending on where you can work on site.
