**What You’ll Do**:

- Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories
- Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services
- Competitor & Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies
- Event & Exhibition Assistance: Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers
- Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analyzing sales performance to improve strategies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Preferably experienced in selling high-value consumer products
- Experience with Hubspot preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Native in German and fluent in English (C1)
- Basic understanding of sales techniques
