Pre Assembly Inspector (all genders)
**Kennziffer - MBQO**

STARKE AUFGABEN
- Durchführung von Prüfarbeiten an Triebwerksteilen und -modulen, u.a.:

- Optische Prüfung auf Beschädigungen
- Abgleich der Serial
- und Partnummern mit Logbuch
- Überprüfung des Modification Control Charts, ob die Teile den Anforderungen entsprechen
- Prüfen der Back-to-Birth-History
- Prüfung der Dokumentation auf Vollständigkeit (u.a. Repair Report, Lieferantenzulassung, Zertifikate)
- Prüfung der Einhaltung von Vorgaben in den Laufkarten und Arbeitsplänen
- Feststellung und Einhaltung von Maßen und vorgegebenen Parametern
- Dokumentation der Ergebnisse im EDV-System und Modulordner
- Erfassen und Auswerten von Durchlaufzeiten und Fehlern
- Überprüfung des Triebwerk-Bereitstellungswagens auf ordnungsgemäße Bestückung
- Pflegen von Kundendokumentationen

BESTE VORAUSSETZUNGEN
- Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung als Triebwerkmechaniker (all genders) oder ähnlich
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Instandsetzung von Triebwerken
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit OEM-Manuals und IT-Betriebssystemen
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
- Eigenverantwortliche, systematische, zielorientierte, kooperative Arbeitsweise
- Motivations
- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
