We are looking for a high-achieving Director of Engineering to take responsibility for coaching and people management, hiring and technology strategy.

Skills needed;
- Significant management experience; ideally of large teams, including Engineering Managers in large organisations.
- Good understanding of AWS and/or other cloud services
- An understanding of Java, Java Script and/or Ruby on Rails is a bonus.
- An understanding of User Accounts, authentications and security is a bonus.
- Fluent English and happy with a Berlin based hybrid model
