Data Center Technician (M/F/d)

**Your Job Description**
- Independently perform defined data center operations or turn up tasks
- Execute a combination of technical and non-technical processes and procedures
- Track vendor delivery and performance to KPIs, as applicable
- Select appropriate approaches from clear options to assist with creation of improved processes, tools, scripts or automation, enhancing defined processes, under direct, regular guidance from the manager or senior team members
- Perform basic troubleshooting and problem identification to address day-to-day issues by following existing protocols and well-defined documented activities
- Complete moderately well-defined tasks, projects, or core workload, and escalate non-standard challenges to senior team members or managers
- Data center troubleshooting
- Reporting issues with tools; Equipment decommissioning; Operational procedure execution; Safety and compliance support

**Your qualification profile**
- Knowledge of data security systems and all lifecycle stages, as well as the ability to monitor for, and control potential data security issues
- Knowledge of hardware and software interaction, and how those systems have changed in the industry
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Ability to identify and triage technical issues
- Knowledge of machine components, failure modes, troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with platforms, configurations, and physical processes
- Knowledge of physical networking
