**Your Role**
- Professional and disciplinary leadership for the dedicated security specialists
- Responsible to ensure that the daily workflow is done within the ISO defined standards
- Ensures safety regulations compliance, by following and implementing the company relevant H&S regulations, security policies and guidances
- Responsible for organising a sufficient call out arrangement to ensure 24x7 availability of Security Specialists
- Identifies security and / or BCM risks and suggest solutions
- Plans and develops improvement processes for the security management department e.g. active risk assessments

**Your Profile**
- Completed professional qualification with Security Management, or similar comparable field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a security service environment on various functions
- 5 years personnel management responsibility as team lead or equivalent and 3 years in a DC environment
- Very good knowledge in physical security standards, certifications, security systems and processes
- Communicative teamplayer with high degree of self-management
- Fluent in English and German
