We develop solutions for the low-emission, CO2-neutral or CO2-negative use of biogenic residual and waste materials. In this context, we work on a variety of exciting national and international research projects and in close cooperation with industry.

**What you will do**
- Strategic direction of research projects and research group
- Leadership of an interdisciplinary team
- Planning, conception and acquisition of research projects, funding
- Acquisition of industry contracts
- Establishment of a network and development, implementation of ideas
- Project processing and monitoring and controlling
- Technical and disciplinary management of your employees
- Development of constructive and procedural solutions for later market integration
- Preparation of publications and presentation of research results
- Coordination with partners and stakeholders from industry and research

**What you bring to the table**
- You have experience in the coordination and realization of research projects
- You are a creative and open personality with your own ideas in the field of bioenergy
- You have a scientific university degree, preferably a doctorate in engineering, environmental science or chemistry (or comparable), which you are currently completing or have already completed
- You are an empathic leader with first experience in coordinating a team and you have the ability to motivate employees.
- Distinct independent and conscientious way of working, ability to work in a team, fast comprehension skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
