Sustainability Coordinator

ib vogt is looking for a **Sustainability Coordinator (M/F/d)** as part of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) department located at the Berlin HQ. Preferably, we are looking for a full-time employee, but part-time engagement could be negotiated. Tasks will include:

- Support the further advancement of ib vogt’s sustainability policies, procedures, and due diligence standards.
- Support in the development and evaluation of ESG data, KPIs and reporting.
- Contribute to company-wide trainings on ESG standards and coordination on advancing sustainability within the company.
- Support in regular ESG reporting and external ESG assessments.
- Support with internal communication on Sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in the internal sustainable design working group to facilitate the planning, development, and implementation of firmwide sustainability initiatives.
- Support in coordinating and monitoring routine Sustainability meetings and events.
- Conduct, identify and monitor environmental and social risk analysis of markets.
- Maintain the ESG document and template library.
- Assist with EPC tender/submission documentation.

Your Profile:

- Master’s degree in an appropriate field (e.g., sustainability, sociology, environmental studies, development studies, economics or another relevant discipline).
- Job experience, especially related to ESG/Sustainability reporting, is a plus.
- Knowledge of main EU and international E&S requirements, practices, and guidelines (e.g., EU CSRD, UN Principles, SDGs, Equator Principles, IFC Performance Standards etc.).
- Knowledge of ESG or Sustainability reporting processes and standards is a plus.
- Proficient IT skills, in particular Microsoft 365 palette including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High number affinity and proficiency to work with ESG data.
- High level of proficiency in English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrable skills in producing reports and information material.
- Critical and solution-orientated attitude and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Good team player with an ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience of operating in international environments is a plus.
- Strong interest in renewables and the solar industry in particular is a plus.
