Kereis Solutions Deutschland GmbH, part of the Kereis Group, headquartered in
Paris, France, is an independent insurance third party administrator and developer of
(digital) business models with a focus on residual credit insurance and private
pensions.
We continue to grow and set up a new team in Düsseldorf. We are looking for you to
join us on this mission. It is about accompanying the project, setting up the processes
and forming a team that provides our business partner with the highest service
standards.
Your missions concretely:
You will work on a new business activity, together with our insurance partner and the
project team.
As a Team Leader, you will be part in both setting up the activity and in the day-to-day
management after Go Live:
1. During the project phase, you will work on several steps of the project (user
testing, drafting of procedures and training material...).
2. You will play an active role in building the future staff by helping to recruit and
train the targeted team (customer service, claim management and back-office
activities)
3. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of one or
more back-office teams: coordinating, informing, coaching and motivating the
team:
a. Ensuring the quality of all processes for which you are responsible;
b. Monitoring productivity indicators;
c. Contributing to the maintenance and updating of tools and procedures;
d. Ensuring compliance with the agreed procedures, and organizing
internal control checks;
e. Participating directly in the unit's activities if necessary.
4. Aligned with Operations Manager's expectations, you will set team's objectives
to deliver the operational performance and the quality expected by our
insurance partner.
5. As a multi-skilled professional, you will be able to move from single case
management to providing expert advice to your team.
What about you ?
Knowledge and hard-skills:
1. Insurance back-ground based on professional experience or certification;
2. Your expertise on loan, protection and/or life insurance field (back-office and
claim related) allows you to advice our internal and external customers at a high
level of satisfaction and to develop the skills of the team;
3. You have at least 5 years' experience in managing support teams in the
insurance field;
4. You have good verbal (both oral and written) and non-verbal communication
skills;
5. As a native German speaker or fluent in German, you will have the opportunity
to practise your good level of English and/or French (B2) as you will exchange
on a daily basis with our insurance partner support teams located in Germany
and in France;
Soft-skills:
1. Adaptable, organized and responsive, you know how to manage priorities and
support the team in meeting customer commitments;
2. You are at ease in a project environment and in a day-to-day operational
environment as well;
3. You are an inspiring team player, with strong integrity and work ethics;
