Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for innovation? We're seeking an enthusiastic Content Creator - Innovation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling content that showcases our commitment to innovation, inspiring our audience and driving engagement across various platforms.

We are looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible in Hannover Vahrenwald. Ideally, the mandatory internship should last six months.

You will mainly be required to work on site in Hannover. However, we also understand that there will be days when you would prefer to work from home. That's why we will work together to find a solution that suits everyone - you can therefore arrange remote working hours with your supervisor.

What will you do:

- Develop and produce innovative content across multiple formats, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts
- Define and set up a communication plan for the Innovation & Business Modelling activities at ContiTech, in alignment with the ContiTech Communication team
- Provide guidance and expertise in the creation of a short video concept for training purposes
- Support the creation of training programs and integration into Continental LMS (Learning Management System)
- Organize the development of a visual identity for Innovation at ContiTech

**Profile**:
Are you wondering if you are suitable for the position as an intern in the department of innovation? Here are important qualifications we are looking for:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- You have initial experience in content creation, showcasing both creativity and efficiency
- You have excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- You are confident using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- You have hands-on experience in short-form video production (e.g. for social media)
- You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus.

In addition to these technical requirements, we are also looking for specific qualities and skills:

- You are well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- You are adaptable, open to learning new technologies, tools, and ways of working
