**Type of contract**: Temporary with possible extension
**Location**: Frankfurt/Main, Germany
**Main tasks**:
- Supporting training participants and their managers with any relevant queries, including high level stakeholders up to senior management level;
- Supporting projects for an international customer in the area of HR;
- Performing pre-selection of training participants based on defined criteria;
- Edit and proofread highly visible documents drafted in English to ensure that they are clear, accurate, and adhere to in-house style;
- Arranging (organizing) training sessions and accompanying the participants (sending invitations, training materials etc.);
- Processing training related expenses and archiving related documentation;
- Preparing reports and presenting them;
- Document management, preparing and maintaining internal files;
- General administrative tasks.
**Education**:
- Professional qualification (Berufsausbildung) or Bachelor’s degree
**Computer skills**:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
**MANDATORY Language skills**:
- Minimum C1 English + C1 languages in other EU Languages.
