**JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

In this role you are accountable for the overall relationship and activities between ONE and your assigned NVO Key Accounts.
- Developing the local German business of our Key Account NVO portfolio
- Responsibility for negotiating and managing the contract and client relationship in close cooperation and alignment with the Global/ Regional Account Manager
- Escalation point for enquiries or complaints
- Responsibility for setting the goals and strategy for development and growth of the business for your assigned accounts in line with the annually agreed trade gameplans
- Close contact with customer’s key players and procurement owners as needed
- Liaise with all relevant internal departments locally and/or beyond

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional shipping experience within selling/negotiating/outside sales on Key Account level preferably in the NVO segment
- Target and solution-oriented with structured and highly self-motivated work style
- Competitive with strong communication and negotiating as well as strategical and analytical skills
- Broad and profound shipping knowledge with cross functional and commercial mindset & knowhow
- Strong teamplayer in cooperation with the assigned Key Account Specialists (Inside Sales)
- Business fluent in English and local language
- Strong digital orientation and growth mindset
