Become a part of our international Operations team at one of our locations in Stuttgart, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime (40h/week) as Transport Coordinator

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- You are responsible for the handling of operative business processes within logistics projects, including freight calculations
- As a reliable negotiating partner, you are in charge of drawing up bids for tenders as well as negotiating contracts and following up on them
- You help to acquire, build up and further develop new customers, as well as support existing customers within the country and abroad
- Thanks to your cooperative approach, you cultivate trusting, partnership-like collaborations with key accounts, agents, partners and all service providers deployed
- You ensure that our processes and procedures run smoothly
- As a team player, you encourage interaction and collaboration with other deugro offices and departments, and thus help to achieve strategic goals
- You are there whenever support is needed and for general administrative tasks, such as invoicing, which comes easy to you

**What you can contribute**:

- Successfully completed apprenticeship in the area of Logistics, or similar vocational qualifications
- Your expertise is based on at least 3 years of work experience, which you have ideally gained within ocean freight logistics.
- You are a motivator and show this with your proactive approach and your discipline
- Thanks to your distinct service
- and customer-centric way of thinking, you help to ensure that our customers are in best hands
- On the international stage, too, you can move freely thanks to your excellent English skills
