**Sub-Headline** For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as Lead Demand & Order Corporate Brands (f/m/x)**
**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Monitor all key demand and stock availability KPIs daily - and instantly translate findings into action by adjusting forecasts and communicating with Purchasing and Brand Management
- Build tools to collect and consolidate order volumes from countries and prepare one-pagers for budget approval and tracking
- Develop push models with first order quantity suggestions per store size and define smart re-ordering rules to optimize availability across all channels
- Manage the article lifecycle including master data checks to ensure accurate reorder proposals via Relex
- Calculate order requirements on SKU level based on sell-out plans, including warehouse/store coverage, lead times, MOQs, expiration dates, testers and marketing needs
- Take a proactive approach to inventory optimization, reduce excess stock and manage delisting of SKUs well in advance in collaboration with Cluster Activation Management
- Drive improvement projects such as implementing rolling forecasts with strategic suppliers to optimize delivery times, quantities, and pricing

**YOUR SKILLS**
- 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, specifically in Demand and Order Planning
- Very strong Excel skills and experience with BI and reporting tools
- Highly analytical mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in working with international teams and suppliers
- Fluency in English and German
