Our vision is to save critical resources and create a better planet for future generations through a sustainable circular economy. **Job Summary** To strengthen our IT Infrastructure team, we are looking for a full-time team member to start immediately at our headquarters in Aschheim near Munich in the role of: **System Administrator with focus on network (M/F/d)** **Your key responsibilities**: - You plan, install, operate and monitor the RLG network with all locations worldwide. - You will administer firewalls, VPN endpoints and client apps, switches, routers and access points. - As part of the User Help Desk, you are an internal IT service provider and focus on network-relevant enquiries for our German and English-speaking colleagues. - You support the team in the installation, operation and maintenance of the other extensive IT infrastructure (servers, clients, mobile devices) and the data centres. **Your profile**: - At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in IT administration and support of complex network architectures, but also preferably server architectures. - Sustained practical experience with network operating systems and services - Your strong communication and problem-solving skills make it easy for you to record problems at the user help desk, process tickets and provide clear explanations and instructions. - Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Azure (network) complete your profile. - Good command of written and spoken German and English (both at least B2). - You are an absolute team player, enjoy working with people and have a strong service mentality. **You will find this perspective with us**: We offer you a future-proof job in our constantly growing company, where you can make an active contribution to the sustainable use of resources and direct environmental protection for a better common future, true to our maxim "Return to Value".
