Our vision is to save critical resources and create a better planet for future generations through a sustainable circular economy. **Job Summary** To strengthen our HQ Controlling team at our headquarters in Dornach near Munich, Germany, we are looking for a full time **Senior Controller - FP&A (M/F/d)** **with focus on Business Partnering with a core Division in RLG** **These tasks await you**: - Pair as a Finance Business Partner with the EVP and the functional leads of one of our core Divisions in DACH - Own the calculation of the revenue & COGS provisions for the month - and year end closing in the DACH Region and the respective Datawarehouse updates - Responsible for preparation of the monthly business reviews for the Division in DACH in close cooperation with the Divisional EVP, including deep dives, price-quantity and variance analysis, scenario planning - Own the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and mid-term planning for the Division from Finance stand point in collaboration with functional leads. - Single point of contact and key interface for the function counterparts with respect to Controlling topics - Support with ad hoc requests - Driving the continuous improvement of the analytical tools and analytics and providing own perspective of the business development through numbers & KPIs **What you should bring**: - You have a business degree (or similar) with a focus on controlling and finance, CIMA, CMA qualification is a plus - You have professional experience in controlling in a comparable area of responsibility; experience of working in an international company is a plus - Knowledge and experience in IFRS / HGB are preferable - You have very good MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel, MS Access & MS Power Point, Lucanet is desirable - You are characterized by your strong analytical thinking skills and affinity for numbers and KPIs - You are strong in analysis, your work style is independent and remains efficient under pressure - You have good communication skills, you are a team player and enjoy shaping your work area in a dynamic company - You have very good German and English skills We offer you a future-proof job in our constantly growing company, where you can make an active contribution to the sustainable use of resources and direct environmental protection for a better common future, true to our maxim "Return to Value".
