Skillsearch is seeking a highly experienced Game Designer to join our client's inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time Game Designer role is based in Munich, Germany, and offers a favourable salary and benefits, including flexible working hours and the chance to progress your career at a thriving company.

As a Game Designer, you will participate in the creation of new VR games for the company. You will also create storylines and gameplay for new games and iterate designs from the initial idea to final polish, working closely with the team. Please note that this position requires extensive onboarding and individual training.

In your first few weeks in this Game Designer role, you can expect to:

- Participate in the creation of new VR games
- Create storylines and gameplay for new games
- Iterate designs from the initial idea to final polish, working closely with the team
- Define timings, scoring and balancing for the game
- Define haptic and visual actions
- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Experience with development for VR
- German and/or English fluent
- Excellent writing skills, especially in English
