**About the Role**

As a Core Gameplay Artist, you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, product managers, producers, writers, and other artists to create visually stunning and essential game elements for one of our hit gamesSome of your responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with game designers and UI/UX to create a high-quality and unique visual experience that enhances gameplay and aligns with game mechanics.
- Developing prototypes and gathering feedback on them. Using this feedback to refine both the visual and gameplay experience.
- Maintaining a consistent visual style throughout the game to ensure a cohesive player experience is met.
- Optimizing visual elements for mobile device performance without compromising quality.

**About You**
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging gameplay elements, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and an excellent sense of design.
- You have a strong understanding of scale, proportion, material design, and the distribution and purpose of details.
- You demonstrate excellent rendering and visual design capability and can adapt to established visual styles
- You possess a solid knowledge of color theory.
- You are proficient in digital illustration, with an advanced mastery of software such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Blender (ZBrush and Substance Painter are a plus).
- You have experience with and can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams/departments to provide and receive feedback from colleagues.
- You embrace team work and can communicate both effectively and respectfully
- You have experience with the Unity game engine.
