Funktionsverantwortung: Konzeptionierung, Entwicklung und Validierung von Funktionsbaugruppen in der technischen Entwicklung
- Konzeptauslegung und Konstruktion von Kunststoff-Komponenten (Spritzguss, Thermoforming und vergleichbare Technologien) in PTC Creo
- Umsetzung der Konzeption unter Berücksichtigung von Funktionalität, Herstellbarkeit, Qualität, Anforderungen (Produktdatenebene / Homologation) und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Betreuung der Komponenten/Baugruppen/Funktionen vom Konzeptstatus bis hin zur Serienreife (Bauteilverantwortung, Systemverantwortung, Funktionsverantwortung)
- Sicherstellung der mechanischen und funktionellen Integration der Komponenten im Gesamtfahrzeug
- Durchführung von Dokumentationen, Bauteiländerungen (Change Requests) und Freigaben der entsprechenden Komponenten/Baugruppen/Funktionen
- Erstellung von Anforderungen und Lastenheften der Komponenten/Baugruppen/Funktionen
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Zulieferern hinsichtlich Herstellbarkeit, Auslegung und Optimierungen der Bauteile
- Enge Abstimmung mit allen internen und externen Projektpartnern (Konstruktionspool, Zulieferer, Einkauf, Qualität, Homologation, Produktion, etc.)
- Stammdatenpflege sowie Dokumentation und Freigabe der Komponenten im PLM-System PTC Windchill
- Reporting des Entwicklungsfortschritts an die technische Projektleitung
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder eine vergleichbare technisch orientierte Ausbildung / Weiterbildung
- Mindestens 8-10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauteileverantwortung im Automobilumfeld
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunststoff-Komponenten (Spritzguss, Thermoforming, etc.)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen CAD- und PLM-Systemen, idealerweise PTC Creo / Windchill
- EDV Kenntnisse in MS Office erforderlich
- Souveränes, freundliches Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigenständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
