**Your role**:
In your role as BPO, you are an expert in the (Electronics) business by bringing in profound knowledge in the areas of demand planning, supply network planning, production planning & detailed scheduling. You manage and develop a clear target state of the global planning processes. As part of the role, you define the future process & target picture to replace APO within the Electronics Business. You act as major global contact person for IT and business. You are responsible for the integration of the process with relevant interfaces and therefore also include coordination of relevant stakeholders.In projects you will work or lead streams in the EL-ERP or other business-/ IT projects. It will be your responsibility to ensure that your projects are delivered in time, budget and scope as agreed with the sponsor. To ensure a strong network with the business, you support and develop regional process experts / key users within the organization by developing right skills and competences. Therefore, you will also act as a change agent to convince the entire organization to follow proposed path to the desired target state, starting with supporting management to make the right decisions till convincing operators to change their every-day way of working.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT or supply chain management preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, specifically with APO, IBP or other advanced planning tools
- Experience in in process management methodologies with strong overall knowledge on SAP R/3, SAP S/4 and SAP PP, APO PP/DS / embedded PP/DS and SAP IBP, SAP BW & Power BI as a plus
- Capability to quickly analyze business & IT processes to identify improvement potentials.
- Strong project management and conflict resolution skills by showing a high degree of result and customer focus. Very good communication skills, engaging and confident manner in dealing with stakeholders of (senior) management and on different hierarchy levels within the organization to manage interfaces actively and to reach consensus/decision on future operations processes
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables (documentation, presentations, proof-of-concepts, etc.)
