PepsiCo Regulatory Affairs is an integral part of PepsiCo’s TDC team which consists of the following Global R&D functions: Regulatory Affairs, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Scientific Affairs, Data & Digital Insights, and Sensory & Consumer Insights. Regulatory Affairs is a global organization with over associates collaborating across the world to ensure compliance and products that delight with every sip and bite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all aspects of German, Austrian, and Swiss food legislation including those relating to manufacture, composition, labelling and advertising.
- Roll out of PEP European and Global regulatory programmes in Germany/Austria/Switzerland.
- Provide comprehensive partnership to innovation, productivity and commercial projects from concept to shelf, incl. product design, packaging and labelling requirements and interpretational guidance on claims, advertising and promotion governed by food legislation.
- Monitor DACH regulatory changes and ensure the business is aware.
- Represent PepsiCo in German trade associations and with German, Austrian and Swiss regulators. Work with Regulatory and Corporate affairs teams to develop positions and respond to DACH and EU regulatory developments.
- Act as the key contact for DACH go to market distribution partners in relation to regulatory affairs topics.
- Build and maintain contacts across organization with different stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Results oriented, proactive self-starter, able to work effectively on own initiative and as a team player.
- Ability to integrate into and communicate with different levels and functions of the organization.
- Fluent in English and German written and verbal.
