We are looking for a **(Senior) Technical Recruiter (f/m/x) **to join our growing Recruitment team in Berlin, Schöneberg.

**Your tasks**:

- You make recruiting measurable by helping to set up a suitable KPI system and measuring it transparently.
- You will work with the team to develop a best practice company in the field of recruiting.

**Your profile**:

- You have experience in technical recruiting, experience in a start-up would be a plus.
- You have already independently set up recruiting processes and love to drive your topics forward independently
- You have a growth mindset: growing, learning and trying out new ways is what you enjoy doing
- You have a very good knowledge of human nature and love contact with other people
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English (at least C1 level) and ideally conversational German (a nice to have)
