Molekula Group is an international distributor and manufacturer of chemical products with sites in the US, UK, Germany, and China. Molekula offers a wide range of high-quality fine chemicals to a variety of industries including Diagnostics, Research, Agrochemical, and Pharma. We are currently looking for a **Working student - Technical Administrator (20h/week max.)** to work from our office in Munich.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generating customer quotes and processing orders.
- Compiling hazard and safety information for chemical substances on our bespoke internal system.
- Acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the company’s current products and services.
- Identifying potential new suppliers and assisting in the procurement of materials.
- Being comfortable whilst representing the company at trade shows.
**Qualifications**:
- You are a student studying Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Physics, Chemical engineering or business management with a minor in chemistry or related fields.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team.
- Good organisational skills and time-keeping.
