**For the Flight Safety and Compliance Department AeroLogic is looking for a**:
**Compliance Monitoring / Safety Officer -**Technical Operations (M/F/x)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Compliance Monitoring
- Independent preparation, implementation and documentation of audits in the area of Flight Operations and Crew Training
- Follow up of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits or safety reporting processes and verification of their implementation
- Support the revision of manuals, procedures and checklists within the department

Safety Management
- Initial processing and assessing of flight safety occurrence reports including timely preparation and conveyance of mandatory occurrence reports
- Lead a safety investigation of incidents or be an active part of the investigation team
- Create and issue the internal safety publications
- Assess the safety impact related to the introduction of operational changes, new technologies or for specific occasions
- Create, issue and organize internal safety promotion and publications

**REQUIREMENTS**

Must have:

- Experience in aviation business or airline flight operations (at least 3 years) or a university degree related to aviation
- Be able to pass a security background check (according to LuftSiG -7 ZÜP)
- Proficient in German and English reading and writing

Preferable:

- Work experience in the area of compliance monitoring or safety management
- Qualified as aviation auditor and/or risk assessor
- Comprehensive knowledge of EASA Air Ops and Aircrew regulations
- Experience in safety, compliance or document management software solutions (e.g. IQSMS, Web Manuals)
- Current or former holder of a pilot license
