**Responsibilities**
- Develop and document detailed strategic Sales plan gathering targeted industries with associated value-proposition, specific identified prospect lists, marketing strategies to support sales ambition (Outbound/inbound Lead generation support, targeted events, etc. ) to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients, focusing on value selling and deep understanding of clients’ challenges and business expectations
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing & lead generation team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
- Collaborate closely with PreSales, Solution Architect, Product, and other SightCall team members to support sales opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting sales activities, achievements, and challenges and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their evolving business needs and objectives, and develop growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic account plans.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client's industry and business environment to inform strategic account planning.

**Requirements**:
- A proven track record of managing sales and growth strategies in the software industry (preferably B2B SaaS software) or with the management/IT consulting industry. Minimum 3-5 years of experience of similar role.
- Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
- Clear understanding of software value selling and solution selling methodologies; Technical background is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience with GTM motions that includes sales, channel, and technology eco-systems
- Ability to coordinate across many teams and perform in fast-moving startup environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills in German and English to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
- Engaging and energetic with the team, customers, and the entire company - with an ability, clarity, and courage to communicate ideas and instructions
- Travel within DACH-region required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or related area; MBA is a plus
