**your responsibilities**:
The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as a Project Management Business Partner in the field of Quality Customer Line.
- Analyzing the current training set up in the Quality Customer Line and support of defining the new strategy
- Stakeholder management
- Support the re-shape of the new Quality profile in the Customer Line and controlling of the milestones
- Set up support of a communication & change Management plan
- Advise, set-up and deploy Performance Management
- Support structure, governance and improvements through digital tools
- Set up a sustainable monitoring of implementation steps

**personal requirements**:

- Strong communication and convincing skills, agile and structured way of working
- Strong analytical and pro-active mindset
- Ability to drive multi-functional and transnational teams
- Team player with a willingness to share and learn with and from the group

**professional training/studies**:

- Technical studies at least Bachelor's degree or
- Business administration at least a bachelor's degree or
- Economics at least Bachelor's degree

**work experience**:

- Customer service/ customer service at least over 1 year
- Project management at least over 1 year
- Quality management at least over 1 year

**IT**:

- Google Workspace an advantage

**languages**:

- Knowledge of French an advantage
- Knowledge of German an advantage

**further qualifications**:

- Project management at least basic knowledge
