**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- Assist Consumers with inquiries regarding products and orders within the CYBEX Portfolio or Online Shop.
- Ensure a first-class customer service following our global Fan Engagement strategy.
- Respond promptly to end-consumer inquiries, handle and solve complaints and give product advice. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and international distributors to improve FAQs, Best Practices and Content.

**Your profile of qualification**:

- Successfully completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar.
- 0-2 years of prior working experience in a similar position or a customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
- Prior experience helping Leadership with process optimization.
- Familiar with MS Office suite or Salesforce is a plus.
- Proactive and service orientated personality.
