**Areas of responsibilities**
- As a direct contact person, you are accessible to your colleagues at all times and support them in finding solutions in all aspects of customs. (i.e. Sales Department, Procurement and Logistics)
- The monitoring, coordination and implementation of customs-specific projects are part of your new role. In doing so, you will consistently develop the department and identify professional potential
- In day-to-day business, you will be responsible for technical planning and organization. (i.e. Provide import customs clearance instructions to service providers and preparation, monitoring export declarations)
- Support customs administration topics (i.e. validation and release of invoices)
- Product Tariffication(customs tariff EU)
- As an organizational talent with a structured way of working, you always keep an eye on changes in foreign trade and can implement them in AEB & SAP together with the Head of Customs
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in customs compliance, import/export operations, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in customs documentation
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using SAP & AEB
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of customs-related topics
- Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
