- In-depth documentation and timely completion of all process and procedures as well as record keeping of all the procedure in central repository or knowledge bank
- Conduct gap analysis on any new regulations or changes within any regulations alongside procedures
- Work closely with the change management team to incorporate any changes during stead state of projects
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates using natural language
- Elicit project or initiative requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions etc. and critically evaluate information gathered from those sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding of all procedural changes
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:
- Relevant industry experience in documentation management or record keeping
- Accelerated skills in MS Office specially Word documentation
- Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to handle working within timelines
- Proof reading knowledge to translate the documentation from English to German
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**:
- Procedure documentation / writing experience for Processes within Operations area
- High level of professionalism in leading groups and process improvement initiatives
- Experience in using company-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies
