**About The Role**:
As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role within our collaborative Product, Design and Software Engineering teams, reporting to the Head of Product Design. Working closely with developers and product managers, you'll uphold top-tier design standards, driving continuous improvement in our processes and deliverables.
Embracing our hybrid working culture, you'll be based in our vibrant Berlin or London office, collaborating with the team at least 2 days per week. Given our international reach, occasional overseas travel may add a global perspective to your exciting journey with us. What you will be doing:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to draft the problem to be solved, researching and helping refine success metrics and track them
- Communicating effectively your design decisions and can back them up with evidence, rationale and logic
Going above and beyond to understand for who you are designing to
- Evangelising the benefits of researching and have the know how to deliver
- Utilizing data tools to track the product and make incremental adjustments
Knowing the ins and outs of digital products and can make small or large adjustments to improve the experience
- Innovating, looking at a problem and see its future potential
Looking at problems from a different point of view and try to take them to the next level
Who you are:
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in data tools and how they inform better outcomes.
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to iterate and adapt designs based on research.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address design challenges.
