- Experience in recruitment and managing an end-to-end recruiting process within a corporate environment
- Ability to initiate and drive projects in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Energetic, positive, Hands-on mentality & can-do attitude
- Flexibility & adaptability with a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Love working in a fast-paced, highly agile environment
